1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies only to paid Veas AI Premium subscriptions offered by TallBreeze Technologies LLC (“veas”, “we”, “us”). Premium is currently available as a monthly subscription at $2.99 USD / month or a yearly subscription at $23.99 USD / year.
2. How Premium Is Sold
Premium subscriptions are sold and billed through one of three channels, depending on where you subscribed:
Apple App Store for purchases made on iOS;
Google Play for purchases made on Android;
Paddle for purchases made on the web. Paddle.com Market Ltd. acts as the merchant of record for web purchases.
Because these third parties act as the merchants of record for their respective channels, refunds are issued and processed by Apple, Google, or Paddle according to their published policies, not directly by veas, except in the limited circumstances described in section 7 below.
3. Apple App Store Refunds
If you subscribed through Apple, you can request a refund using Apple's “Report a Problem” portal:
Sign in with the Apple ID used to make the purchase, find the Veas AI subscription charge, and submit a refund request. Apple reviews and decides all such requests under their own terms. We do not see, control, or override Apple's decision.
4. Google Play Refunds
If you subscribed through Google Play, you can request a refund directly from Google for in-app subscription charges. The request is reviewed by Google and may be referred to us for a decision. See Google's instructions here:
Note: Google Play's 48-hour automatic refund window applies to one-time app and in-app purchases, not to recurring subscription charges. Subscription refund requests are evaluated individually by Google and us under their policies.
5. Paddle (Web) Refunds
If you subscribed on the web, Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the merchant of record. Paddle issues your invoice, collects any applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax), and handles refund requests.

Or by emailing Paddle support and referencing the order ID shown on your Paddle invoice. We will honor any refund decision made by Paddle and, where Paddle requires our confirmation, we will respond in good faith.
6. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the channel you used to subscribe:
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Veas AI → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play app → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Veas AI → Cancel subscription.
Web (Paddle): manage and cancel your subscription from the Paddle buyer portal at paddle.net using the email you used to subscribe.
When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund for the current period.
7. EU & UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, consumers in the EEA and the UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital services.
When you start your Premium subscription, you expressly request immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. For unused or partially used subscriptions within the 14-day window, EU/UK consumers can request a refund by contacting Apple, Google, or Paddle as set out above, or by emailing us at business@veasai.com so we can coordinate with the relevant channel.
8. When We May Issue a Direct Refund
Except where required by applicable law, we do not issue direct refunds for purchases billed through Apple, Google, or Paddle.
If you were charged for Premium due to a clear technical fault on our side, or if mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires a direct refund, contact us with the details below and we will review your request in good faith.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds from us, except where required by law:
Partial subscription periods after cancellation; change of mind after the relevant store's or Paddle's standard refund window has closed; charges made by family members or others using your account, device, or payment method without your authorization (please address these with the relevant channel); and disputes already resolved by chargeback in your favor through your bank or card issuer.
10. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country or region. If local law gives you stronger refund rights than those described here, those rights still apply.
